Luana Kai B309 is a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps up to six guests in an excellent top-floor oceanfront location. Enjoy 1,100 square feet of luxury living space with huge vaulted ceilings throughout. Every floor and surface of this condo was recently remodeled. The kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, flooring, fixtures, furniture, beds and linens were all updated.
Gather at the large island or dine al fresco on the large covered lanai. In the newly decorated living area, you’ll find a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large 65” SmartTV and plenty of space to unwind. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies.
Relax in the master bedroom that has a California King bed, 55″ SmartTV and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom can be made up as two Twin XL beds or combined as a California King, making this condo perfect for either couples or families.
Included amenities are beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, body boards, snorkel gear, tennis and pickle ball rackets. Complimentary high speed wireless internet service, in-condo laundry with washer/dryer and iron/board are all included with your stay.

The condo was very clean and well appointed with amazing views of the pool courtyard and ocean. Our kids loved the pool and it was always nice going down for a swim after a day out. Luke was very helpful and quick to respond. We found his guide to Maui of things to do, places to see and restaurants to try very helpful. The beach chairs, cooler and bodyboards made our trips to the beaches so much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again! |

We felt like it was a great location for everything to do on that side of the island and Road To Hana was only a 25-30 drive as well. So many beautiful beaches within 20 mins of driving. Our favorite spot is a beach Luke recommended as well. You could even just have a great day hanging out at the condo with a great view from the balcony and the pool is much bigger in person than it looks in photos. Myself, 2 kids ages 11 and 4 years old had a blast and my pregnant wife had a relaxing wonderful time too. |

It’s a good location and great amenities that were useful like the cooler, beach chairs and boogie board. Instructions were clear and Luke was accommodating when we asked to mail a package to the condo. The condo was ready a couple hours earlier than expected and he let us know we could enter early if we wanted. I would definitely stay here again and would rent any of Luke’s properties. |

Would highly recommend this kind of setup for anyone with children. Really close to a lot of great restaurants and easily accessible, working BBQs with utensils. Unit was quiet and cool for great sleeps and had everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. Luke is friendly and very responsive. |

The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including a blender which we used every morning to make smoothies. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were beautiful. Was great having 2 big TVs and access to Netflix. All rooms had air conditioning and fans which worked well. And lastly wow the view from the balcony was priceless.
